At a glance
- The conference working language is English.
- Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format.
- Initial submissions: 2–4 page extended abstracts.
- Final manuscripts: 4–6 pages, with up to two extra pages for an additional fee.
- All papers are peer-reviewed.
- Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare manuscripts using the standard IEEE conference paper format.
Initial submission
A 2–4 page extended abstract in PDF, prepared in the IEEE conference format and written in English.
Final manuscript
4–6 pages. Up to two additional pages are permitted for an extra fee, payable at registration.
